Services

Measured site information, delivered for practical use.

Every scope begins with the project decision—not a standard flight package. Capture, accuracy, outputs, and reporting are matched to how your team will use the information.

Core services

Three ways to make changing site conditions easier to understand.

One-time baselines, milestone captures, and repeat programs are available for active sites throughout British Columbia.

01 · Establish the site

Site Measurement & Mapping

High-resolution imagery and measurable surface data for planning, coordination, design support, and a reliable record of existing conditions.

  • Orthomosaics and georeferenced site imagery
  • DSM and bare-earth DTM where conditions allow
  • Contours, profiles, elevation grids, and breaklines
  • Point clouds and CAD/GIS-ready exports

02 · Verify quantities

Stockpile & Earthwork Volumes

Repeatable stockpile quantities and surface-to-surface cut/fill comparisons presented with the maps and assumptions needed for review.

  • Stockpile volume calculations against defined bases
  • Cut/fill comparison between design or survey surfaces
  • Quantity tables, colour maps, and PDF summaries
  • Recurring inventory or production snapshots

03 · Track change

Progress Documentation

Consistent capture at scheduled intervals creates an organized visual and measurable record of material movement and site development.

  • Weekly, monthly, milestone, or seasonal capture
  • Repeat imagery from consistent site coverage
  • Change maps and progress-ready reporting
  • Stakeholder maps, imagery, and 3D views

Typical workflow

A structured process from scope to delivery.

  1. 01 · Scope
Confirm the decision, site limits, coordinate system, accuracy needs, and required formats.
  2. 02 · Plan
Review airspace, access, control, terrain, capture conditions, and reporting cadence.
  3. 03 · Capture
Collect structured RTK-enabled imagery and any required checkpoints or control.
  4. 04 · Process
Build and review imagery, point clouds, terrain surfaces, measurements, and comparisons.
  5. 05 · Deliver
Package maps, technical files, and a clear summary for the people using the data.

Output options

Useful in the field, the office, or a technical workflow.

Maps & reportsPDF, JPG, quantity summaries, annotated progress maps
Raster surfacesGeoTIFF orthomosaic, DSM, DTM, and elevation products
CAD & GISDXF, DWG, LandXML, SHP, and GeoPackage
Point clouds & 3DLAS/LAZ point clouds and optional mesh outputs
Important: deliverables are planning-grade and support project coordination. They do not replace a legal cadastral survey, engineered design, or professional certification where those are required.
